Available out of home not working

I’m not home but I’m the US and trying to watch Fox channel which is filtered as an available out of home. 
I get an error message:

We’ve got a location issue

Unfortunately we can’t play this video within this market. 
a lot of channels work but not CBS, Fox ABC and PBS.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
