Audio out of sync

I use streaming only, no set top boxes.  It happens when I record live TV, and happens on any channel.

Resetting does nothing to fix the problem.

I can't fast forward past the issue, when I try it won't play the replay at all.  A message pops up the we can't connect at this time, we will try again...

@mikeherner Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand how this would be truly frustrating. Have you had a chance to reset your modem. Doing a reset on the modem also refreshes the app as well. Please let us know if this helps.
