Is there an update? Sorry if this violated a process. Just looking to see if the issue is fixed or being worked on? The technician I was working with told me there is an issue then hung up.
I have been having the same issue all day. On appleTV and iPad. All other apps work but the xfinity stream app keeps dropping the audio for a few seconds then it comes back. All channels.

I see an issue very similar to this being worked on by our engineering team. Are you watching the local channels and/or Fox channels or are other ones doing this as well?

I was on a call with a rep at Xfinity and was told it’s affecting all iOS devices. Then they just hung up. Not sure why they are not addressing this.
