I signed up for curiosity stream and your package that includes AppleTV+ and Netflix. When I use voice remote for either curiositystream or appletv+, it gives me this error . I can't find the Apple TV+ app in my dvr app list. In the app list, I try to access curiosity stream and it keeps saying "subscribe". Your chat bot is horrible, can't recognize this error and blocks me from a live rep -sending me in a loop. I cantbuse the streaming services ive paid for.
