APPS-04154 Error
I cannot use the new streaming services I signed up for. Everytime i attempt to use on my DVR i get this error APPS-04154 error asking me to check back later.
There is ZERO way to contact Xfinity support. The self help bot sends me in circles. I've made 3 separate posts about this here hoping someone may know how to get help to fix this.
Now im stuck paying a monthly subscription that I can't use. Is there any reason why Xfinity seems to not care to support their customers.

I certainly can understand the frustration if you are experiencing some issues, but we are more than happy to assist. I do have a few questions to help me assist you better. What application or service are you having trouble with? It sounds like you are accessing it through an Xfinity DVR box, is that correct?
