AppleTV+ Streaming On demand show error TVAPP-00449
Hello,
I installed Xfinity Stream app on AppleTV+, and logged in with my Xfinity account.
I can watch live shows but for any On Demand shows I get an error code TVAPP-00449.
can you pl. help? Thanks.

Hi, there @Mdanbury! Thanks for patiently waiting for a response after reaching out to XFINITY over our forums page for help with the XFINITY stream app on Apple+ TV. I absolutely love using the streaming app on my mobile devices so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause you. We can help. While reviewing this further, I have discovered that live television can only be streamed to your AppleTV player while connected to your personal XFINITY network (not an XFINITY WiFi hotspot). Are you experiencing this issue while connected to their personal XFINITY network?
