Apple TV Subscription Not Accessible

Question

I just subscribed to Netflix, Peacock and Apple TV through Xfinity for $15/month.  I can access Netflix and Peacock.  I can't access Apple TV. Both Netflix and Peacock show I am subscribed to them through Xfinity in their respective account settings.  The subscription to Apple TV through Xfinity is not listed in my account settings on Apple.  Apple Support advised me to contact Xfinity.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Xfinity - when will you finally admit you have no idea what you are doing. Thousands of people are complaining about the handshake btw you and Apple. You are charging people for a service you cannot reliably provide and have no idea how to troubleshoot. I will Gladly participate in this class action and will file it myself as soon as I get off [Edited: Language] phone with your worse than terrible support people. [Edited: 'Inflammatory']
