Apple TV Subscription Account

Good afternoon user_aik4ui. That is pretty easy to fix, but there is a few steps. I wanted to make sure things are as accurate and clear to understand as possible. Here is a solid breakdown on how to fix an accidentally linked Xfinity or Apple account. You can unlink the wrong profile via the Xfinity Subscription Hub or sign out of the account profile on your Apple TV.

 

How to Unlink Accounts via Xfinity

• Go to the Xfinity Subscription Hub.

• Navigate to Other providers.

• Select Disconnect next to the linked Apple account.

• Return to the Subscription Hub, select Connect under Other providers, and sign in with the correct Apple ID credentials. 

 

• Open Settings on your Apple TV.

• Go to Profiles and Accounts.

• Select the incorrect profile and choose Remove Profile or Sign Out.

• Add or sign in with your correct Apple ID and Xfinity-associated account.
