Apple TV+ not working for Streamsaver

I am trying to active my subscriptions for the Streamsaver product that I'm paying for. I have successfully activated Netflix and Peacock, however Apple TV+ does not work. The button just takes me to Apple TV's website. The button for the other two services worked just fine.

Please help me out. Thanks.

Have you already attempted to clear the cache and cookies to gain access to the sign in option?

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I tried clearing cache and cookies. It still doesn't seem to work.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
