App update

App updated on Samsung tv. Unable to locate tab for favorite channels. Other tv is not updated and still showing favorites

The same thing happened on my brand new Samsung smart TV this morning.

I returned my X1 set top box because I didn't need it anymore with the Xfinity Stream app -- before this morning's update anyway.

I can see all my favorites just fine on the Xfinity Stream website and the Xfinity Stream app for Android. Doesn't do TV watching any good, what with over 3K channels!

Why doesn't the information about favorites that Xfinity already has appear on the new Xfinity Stream app for smart TVs???

Please do not suggest a work-around!

Help! Same thing happened to us and we heavily use the Favorites channels. Also, can’t find the Smart Resolve setting that allows you to skip commercials. Not liking the new app updates at all. Can we switch back to the prior app version?

user_hzi95u Thanks for reaching out! The Xfinity Stream app has a new look on Samsung Smart TVs, and the Favorites channel filter isn't available in the current Samsung TV interface. Unfortunately, we don't have any indication if it will be added back in to future releases.
