App streaming issue loading on WiFi

On my firestick and iPad, the streaming app takes minutes to load a channel. I have deleted and reloaded the app. The images also don’t show on the for you page.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the Xfinity Stream App. The delays in the channels loading, and the pictures can occur with Streaming as there as many factors included in the streaming process. Have you attempted to troubleshooting the Internet connection? Are you having troubles with your connection on other devices?
