App not working

The Xfinity app is not working on our LG smart tv. All of our other apps work just fine so please tell me how we can fix it. To was fine u til about a month ago and now it won’t play anything. I’ve deleted it and re-added it, I’ve logged in and I’ve logged out. 
it is super frustrating
