App for my LG TV doesn’t work

App for my LG TV doesn’t work at all.

after it is launched, I cannot click “sign in” button. I reinstalled and restarted it again and again, it doesn’t work.

i used the other app (iPhone) connecting to my account through Xfinity WiFi router, it works.
