API Timeout Error, TAVAPP-00100
Just upgraded to a new modem from Xfinity. Our Roku tv streaming worked for about 12 hours, then the API Timeout error appeared & I can't get rid of it.

@user_72g6bc Thank you so much for your post on getting an error with your Roku. With the TAVAPP-00100 error, most customers can resolve the issue with a reset of the modem. I would recommend unplugging the new modem for at least 30 seconds from the power and then plugging it back in. On a Roku device do also recommend deleting/removing the Xfinity stream app and redownloading it before trying again. Let me know if you are still having issues after trying that out.
