all of a sudden can't stream on mac computer with os 13.1

I have tried firefox, safari and chrome. Same results: black screen with dots but goes nowhere.  Tried customer service who couldn't resolve the issue.  Any ideas?

Yea. Streams fine on iPhone

@user_6dac57 Thank you for that verification. At least we know that the issue isn't with your username and password. There is a new OS version out. Have you already tried updating to macOS Ventura 13.2? I have a Mac OS as well with 13.2 Ventura. I am not having any issues with Xfinity Stream.
