All my Streaming Apps keep having to pause

Prime, HBO Max, Paramount+ all take a long time to download something to play then keep stopping to load throughout the show. VERY irritating. Able to get better streaming using tablet. Do I need a new box?

user_53ukoa Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend checking your cable connections to your TV box, and Xfinity Gateway/Modem and ensure the connections are finger tight. I would also recommend restarting both the TV box, and Xfinity Gateway/Modem with a full power cycle. This should help clear out stored cache, and reestablish a better connection to the network.
If you continue to have delays with the streaming apps, you may need an updated TV box.
