activate peacock premium
I have talked on support lines 4 -5 times was attempted to be charged to activate my free subscription I at this point wonder if it is possible to get it freeI get this screen and it gives 0 option to activate it i get emails to activate it only to get this screen i went in the black tab it wanted to charge for it it seems like a complete mess

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I was walked in the same circles again I did not get it activated I ended up giving up and my bill is now 30-40$ more exspensive even though i was told it wouldnt increase to tell people reading how this ended
