@sbarsalou Thank you so much for reaching out for help with the profile that loads for Netflix when using your X1 voice remote. With the Netflix app, if you say the name of a title and Netflix into the voice remote, Netflix will automatically load the last used profile. You can correct this just by saying Netflix without the title to launch the app this prompts the profile selection page, so you can make sure you are on the correct profile. Once the right profile is selected it will continue to autoload that profile if you use the voice remote with the Title of a show and Netflix until a new profile is selected. In my home, we have the living room TV set to have a shared profile and each one of the Kids uses their profile on their TV/box. That helped a lot with keeping the profiles where they needed to be.
