Hi @user_j05mwu! Thanks for being a part of our Xfinity Community Forum. I am sorry you're running into this error on your iPad. That message usually means a security firewall is temporarily blocking the connection between your device and our login server, often due to a conflict with network settings. If you're still having issues, let’s try these steps to get you back into the Xfinity Stream app:

  • Disable VPNs and Privacy Tools: If you use a VPN or have iCloud Private Relay enabled in your iPad settings, please turn them off. These can mask your location and trigger security blocks on our login page.
  • Clear Safari Cache: Even if you are using the app, it uses a background browser for login. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
  • Toggle Your Wi-Fi: Briefly turn off your Wi-Fi and try logging in over a cellular connection (if available) or a different network. This can help bypass a temporary IP block.
  • Reinstall the App: Delete the Xfinity Stream app, restart your iPad, and download the latest version from the App Store to clear out any corrupted session data.

Let me know if this helps.
