ABC channel on mobile app but not roku app

I am currently logged into my xfinity stream account on both my phone and on a roku streaming stick. My local ABC Channel is available on my mobile, but not even listed as an option on the roku. I’m not currently on my home network, as I travel for work, but my plan states that ABC local is available as an away-from-home channel. This doesn’t make sense since it’s an option on my phone, which also isn’t connected to my home wifi, but not on the tv app. I would like to resolve this so I can watch my local news while traveling. Thanks!

user_2nin3w Of course staying in touch with local events is important when you are away from home and we appreciate you stopping into out Xfinity community forms for help. I would start by making sure you local affiliate is listed on the TV-to-go networks. There is a hyperlink to a list of local networks we carry. If your affiliate is listed Make sure your Roku's guide filter is set to the correct on the Go setting. If you see the Channel in the guide but get an error code or message when tuning in please let me know what that is. If the channel is not showing once you have checked the guide filter on the Roku send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
