6th time trying to ask for help. Need help with streaming lineup. getting errors whenever I try to post on here

Hello,

Everything about Xfinity has been a total nightmare. Sorry this post is going to be a bit scattered. My brain is just fried from trying to deal with this. I used GPT to try and make it easier to read. I'm only saying that because some troll is probably going to sit there and flame.

Summery

I have been trying for the last 3 months to solve my issues, and support and Assistant have been useless. I am hoping someone in the community can help by pointing me in the right direction because they have gone through the same thing. This is also now the 6th time I've tried to post this (https://ibb.co/BVMsJ0h9), as every time I hit submit, I get an error page. I just need my account fixed and the Xfinity Stream package lineups so I can verify which package is showing up on my device.

I was either given the wrong package or I was lied to about what was included because I have no actual channels just garbage, by that I mean I can get everything i have in my lineup OTA. Great if you want 30 religious channels, which I don't. I also get all the local news stations for all the major TV stations in the mid-west, which not very helpful since I live in the PNW.

* On the phone: support has not been able to help. they say my account is fine and everything is setup. Dont seem to understand I have like 6 logins for some reason and they all show different packages

* Chat: support has not been able to help

* Assistant: is garbage and just keeps trying to sell me stuff

The Issue

A few months ago I switched from TV+Internet to Internet+Streaming+Mobile. I selected the package with the most channels because it was the package I was told had everything I needed and watched.

When I got home to set everything up:

* My account logins wouldn't work

* My mobile phone wouldn't activate (took 3 weeks for them to figure out the guy activating sent the wrong command — once I had a tech on the phone — yes, it took me 3 weeks before anyone would transfer me to a real tech — he fixed the issue in 30 seconds)

* My new modem wouldn't activate

Then I tried to set up my stream box:

* It wouldn't activate

* Turns out the streaming box I was first given wasn't even in their system, so I had to return it and get a new one

* The new one activates, but it just turns off after 15 minutes of watching, is complete garbage, and it's super slow

* Logins in to an account that doesn't show any of my purchases I've made over the last 5 years and it's missing my channel lineup completely.

* I gave up and just switched to using my Firestick

What I think is causing all my problems is:

The guy who switched my package, instead of actually just switching what I had, decided he wanted to get a new activation for a commission — and created a whole new account for me.

The reason I say this is because when I had called the first time for this issue, the CS agent said my account phone number was 206-222-4444 and I needed to give them a valid phone number... My account had been set up since 2018 and had my phone number. This has also caused so many issues with trying to figure out what my security pin is. Still cant change my VM pin because I cant be verified.

I believe this is the case because when I went to log in with my account information on my fire stick and my Roku, Xfinity said I didn't have an account with service. So I had to set up an online account AGAIN. My old account I used for service doesn't work, and my purchases are completely gone. I also got a bill for almost 400 dollars when my plan is 160 a month.

Streaming Issues

Once I finally got Xfinity Stream / StreamNow working on my devices, the only channels I have are garbage stations — nothing I wanted and none of the stations that have the TV shows I watch.

It also says I only have Peacock included, when my bill shows I have Netflix, Peacock, and whatever the other option is (I can’t remember).

I've been looking for a channel lineup guide for the streaming options and it apparently doesn't exist — because all I get are:

* Links to buy X1

* The assistant telling me that I don't have service or need to login when I am

* Or it wants me to input my address, and it only shows me the cable channel lineup

What I Need

I need help trying to figure out what’s going on with my account, and find a package lineup for the streaming services.

I am very close to filing a complaint with:

* The Washington State Attorney General’s Office

* Consumer Protection Bureau

* The FCC

* The FTC Consumer Protection Bureau

Please help.

Thanks

Matthew
