Xumo = bad Netflix video

Despite refreshing the app and restarting the Gateway Netflix continuously has fuzzy and pixelated video even though other services such as Hulu typically have an acceptable video quality

Oh, no! Sorry to hear the Netflix is pixelated for you, @user_t9gwww. You've reached the right team for help. Have you checked to make sure all the coaxial connections are secure and finger tight? No damage, kinks, or hard bends in the cabling? How about the splitters? Has it been many years since you've swapped them out?

@XfinityLinda​  this issue has nothing to do with the connection of the cable. All of the other streaming services have acceptable video quality this issue is specific to Netflix and has been for months since I switched over to the x u m o box

Same issue here. It's exclusive to the Netflix app only and has nothing to do with cables or connections. It does not happen on any other devices or computers. It doesn't even happen on my smart TV's native Netflix app. It ONLY happens on the Xfinity Xumo Netflix app. The only way to fix it is to unplug the Xumo box and plug it back in... but whenever you change shows or exit the app and go back in, it happens all over again.

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

@XfinityWilliam​ Netflix works on Roku without as many issues. It's just really bad with Xumo device. However even on my Roku there's still issues. I think somehow there is some sort of bandwidth limitation deal Comcast must have exclusively with Netflix.
