Xfinity tv streaming app

My Xfinity app quit working.  I reinstalled the app.  Restarted the modem and my iPhone.  App still won’t work

Hello user_nmb12 is this still a concern for you?  When the App first stopped working, did you see any specific error code or message? Are you able to sign into Xfinity Stream on the iPhone, but not browse or watch anything?

It keeps stopping after working for a few days. I also try to sign into the Xfinity stream online and that gives me the error to clear my cache.  I’ve done that and still gets same error.  I get no error message for the app. When I try again to log in after a few days it lets me log in.  Then just stop working again.  All this is on my IPhone.
