Xfinity TV Remote app not showing DVR Schedule
I have been using the Xfinity Comcast TV Remote app for many years without any major issues. A few years ago, Comcast had to remove the ability to schedule DVR recordings in the app (due to a lawsuit) but then brought it back.
Up until last week going into the TV Remote app and "Scheduled" would show what DVR Programs are scheduled to record on my Motorola DCX3400M box, but over the past few days the app is no longer updating the "Scheduled" section and is now empty. But when going to my DVR box, it shows all the scheduled recordings for the next 12 days.
I'm not sure why the Scheduled part of the TV Remote app is no longer updating. I've reset it, and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but Scheduled stays blank.
The rest of the app works, can change channels on the boxes and can set/schedule a DVR Recording. It's just that the Scheduled part no longer is being updated.

This problem has been going on for a month now. The Xfinity TV Remote app will no longer allow me to remotely set a recording on my Motorola DCX3400M DVR box, and the app will not display the DVR Schedule. I've used this TV Remote app for many years with no problem, now for the past month both of these DVR features don't work. But the rest of the app works...can change the channels on the boxes, search for shows, play On Demand.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, cleared Cache and Data, and rebooted the DVR box a few times. Nothing I can do on my end can fix the problem. It appears to me that Comcast has "blocked" the communication between the TV Remote app and the DVR to no longer allow the Remote app to set DVR Recordings.

We are having the exact same problem using Apple Phone App and only showing scheduled recordings "Two Days" ahead, not what is currently being scheduled for the same day or the next day. Very frustrating and Comcast/Xfinity continues to "dance around" the problem. Calling Comcast/Xfinity many times and spending "hours and hours" on the phone going through their instructions, I too have deleted and reinstalled the App multiple times with no success is correcting their problems. Also if I record on day one or two, I receive an "error message" that it did not work; however, when I use the TV Comcast Guide, the program I tried to record on my phone NOW APPEARS on the TV screen as being scheduled - Crazy a big company like Comcast/Xfinity can not seem to correct their problems.
