Xfinity support

All of a sudden getting error code TVAPP-00249 on my laptop which I am connecting through my account and two mobile phones through the Xfinity stream app for the last two weeks. Nobody is streaming anything on any device.  Have deleted and re-installed, devices off and on, logged out etc.  What is the solution?
