Xfinity Support

I receive error code TVAPP-00500 when trying to access xfinity via a Roku. Streaming on phone work fine. In need of a server reset

Hi, @user_1d573f. Thank you for using our Xfinity Stream Beta App on Roku. I'm glad to hear you are able to access and stream data across most devices; however, you are having the error code populate on just the Roku unit. Has this always occured when accessing the app on Roku, or is this a recent hiccup you've run into? Have you tried to reboot the device yet? If so, did you see any changes at all?
