@XfinityVianney HELP!! How do I get someone from accessing my xfinity stream. Called customer service many times, has been useless. No one seems to know what to do. Meanwhile, this person is still enjoying my stream app.

Hello, @user_d4ec43. I can understand wanting to keep anyone who shouldn't have access to your account out of it. The best way to do this is by resetting your password https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password. You can also delete secondary users if there is a user that shouldn't be there https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account.
