xfinity streaming error SDI 0001

Installed xfinity streaming app on new tv... when I try and open it, I get Please wait a moment and try again (SDI 0001)

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
