Xfinity streaming App updated and doesn't function on laptop now

Xfinity streaming app updated and does not function on laptop now . screens appear, but system hangs when selections (channels) are selected

Can you start by sharing what kind of browser you're using to access Xfinity Stream? And have you attempted to access your stream portal through any other devices or browsers?

Hello, @user_247fgp thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. There is a known issue with the Xfinity Stream portal when access on www.xfinity.com/stream, and our engineer experts are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Currently the work around is to use an incognito browser to access the stream portal to view content. 

The Xfinity Stream App is not affected, so another option to stream content is to download the Xfinity Stream App on a device and use it (phone, tablet, Smart TV), here is a helpful document that has compatible devices for the Xfinity Stream App: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-app-faqs
