xfinity streaming app stopped working on Apple TV and iPhone at the exact same time

I was watching live TV on my Apple TV when it suddenly stopped and said I was no longer connected to my Wi-Fi. I checked every single setting uninstalled and downloaded the app again disconnected my Wi-Fi reconnected my Wi-Fi did everything possible and it still says I’m not connected to my home Wi-Fi. So I launched the Xfinity streaming app on my iPhone and 90% of the channels. Give me the exact same error saying I have to for licensing purposes be connected to my home Wi-Fi, but I’m sitting 12 feet away from my gateway
