Xfinity Streaming App Not Recording Scheduled Programs
I am suddenly experiencing the xfinity app not recording programs that I have scheduled. It is also stopping mid playback and gives me a message that it cannot be played.
I check my internet connect and it always says excellent. I’ve rebooted the router, cleared the cache, deleted old programs and it doesn’t seem to help. I’ve checked for updates and I’m all good. I have had problems intermittently in the past and have spent a good deal of time with your tech support. After going through that process, the problems get resolved, leading me to believe the problem is on your end. Are there other troubleshooting steps that I can take. Going through customer service to get to tech support is always at least an hour of my time going through every detail.
