Xfinity Streaming App Does Not Work On Streaming Devices Connected to another Xfinity network

Myself and my neighbor are both Xfinity customers with full TV and internet services. When I go to my neighbors house, with my own device, I am unable to Live Stream over the xfinity stream app. Why is this? I'm using my own account and on another paid xfinity wifi network. This is ridiculous to block this.
