Xfinity Streaming App Constantly Freezes

I am using the Xfinity APP on three HiSense Roku TVs.  I have Xfinity boxes on my other TVs, and everything is smooth, but on the three TVs using the streaming APP, Xfinity constantly freezes, loses connection, etc.

The wifi signal is fine, and in fact, one of the TVs is in the same room as the router (8 feet away).

I've rebooted the modem, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc.

Considering what I pay, monthly, for Xfinity, I'd like this to work smoothly.

 There is no "Direct Message" in the upper right corner, so i started another thread.

The Direct Message icon looks like a chat box next to the bell. Let us know if you do not see that icon.

For the roku devices the fix for me was in settings under network to turn off the bandwidth width saver setting. Had the same problem for months and now I have no issues.
