Xfinity TV or NOW TV and streaming content cannot be streamed or downloaded outside of the United States. However, programs downloaded to your mobile device through the Xfinity Stream app can be viewed offline anywhere, even while you're in other countries.
Also:
In order to watch your full TV subscription on Xfinity Stream, you’ll need to be on your Xfinity WiFi network.

Hello, user_geno111! Great question. Thank you @BruceW for sharing a helpful article. Absolutely! You can enjoy Xfinity Stream pretty much anywhere. On mobile devices (iOS and Android), web browsers on your PC or Mac, and popular streaming devices like Fire TV, Chromecast, and Roku. You’ll be able to access tons of live channels and On Demand content on the go. Just a heads‑up: some local live channels or certain sports content may have viewing restrictions when you’re out of your home network due to licensing rules. I know that can be a little frustrating, so if there’s a specific channel or event you’re hoping to watch, I’m happy to check what options are available for you!
