Just signed up for Now Live TV. When I logged into my account on the Xfinity Stream app on my TV, I get a message saying “Looks like your plan doesn’t include any channels.”

On your Xumo Stream Box or Flex streaming TV Box, once you've selected the Xfinity Stream icon from the list of apps are you take to the NOW TV Home page or does it immediately give you that message? Have you attempted to view NOW TV on a mobile device.
