Xfinity stream

I keep getting error message TVAPP-00101 on both a Roku tv and LG.  Tech support and onsite technician were unable to repair

Can you please tell me which Roku model you have? Also, do you have more than one account with us by chance?

I only have one account.  I had two registered modems when problem started, but a tech took old one off
