Xfinity stream
Streaming channels that I had are no longer available. Says I need to subscribe, but they are already in my lineup. This is in the xfinity mobile app and the roku. Xfinity claims its a roku issue, but the xfinity mobile app does not work either. Very dissatisfied!

are the regular channels (your lineup) available on a smart device/tablet while connected to your home wifi?

I cannot access the channels on my mobile device or my roku. But i can get all of these channels in my home boxes so i am subcribed to these channels already.
