Xfinity Stream: No Play Icon - On Demand Video. Therefore Videos Can't Be Viewed.
Some of the On-Demand video options are missing the play icon so there is no capability to watch the selected show.
I have reported this issue numerous times. Once they refreshed my iPad and it worked for a week. There is clearly a bug somewhere that is not being fixed.
Also - when videos do play, the commercials turn the screen black sometimes and I need to manually fast forward to get past it.
Is anyone see having these issues and if so, how did you solve them? I am getting nowhere with Xfinity. I wish the representative would just report this issue to their development team so it can be fixed!
I am having zero issues with any of my other streaming services.
