xfinity stream mobile app

Hello Community,

I am having trouble using the Stream mobile app. It had been working fine until one time I used it on my mobile and asked for live tv all channels and received a limited list of channels that did not offer my local ones. Last night I was using the app on my tablet which let me see all the channels including my local ones. When I went back later all live channels had changed to  limited channels. I have looked through all the options to get my full choice of channels but can find one. Maybe in device settings?? When I call Xfinity repair they act like they don't know what I am talking about and offer no solutions. Could someone please make my New Year brighter with a solution. Thank you.

Having same issue. Also seem to lost all but 2 of my favorite shows, movies, favorite channels

Nice to know I am not alone, I think. If I find solution, I will post. Thank you and heres to a much better year for everyone! Happy New Year 2021.
