Xfinity Stream Live TV does NOT work on iPad & Amazon Fire TV stick.

iPad Air OS 17.3.1 & Amazon TV Fire OS 7.6.6.9 

Error TVAPP-00200

Live TV does not load or work on either. 
Xfinity customer support is useless, they just avoid addressing the problem or blame everything other than their app.
