Xfinity Stream is not showing all recordings

The Xfinity Stream app is not showing all of the recording that are on the home DVR. This is not a space issue as some of the responses to othes who have had similiar problems. I have over 25% available on the cloud DVR. That should be more than enough for two 1 hour shows in HD.

I am following too. I can only see a potion of my DVR content on my mobile phone. 1 show, instead of the 4 shows of the same series for example. I have a Galaxy s9+ but I have seen this issue with previous phone.

Hello - @greythound and @Jhatt - 

 

Has this continued as an issue for each of you? If there's an issue with the cloud recording, unfortunately, it will be removed from the cloud and not shown in the Stream App. This should not happen all the time, but there have been some recent issues in cloud recordings in the last month.
