Xfinity stream in Roku not showing all live channels

The Xfinity stream app is not showing all channels. It’s only showing a couple of dozen channels. This is on three different Rokus in my house. Have tried restarting the devices and the app and it has not changed. All channels show on the Xfinity box. Hopefully comcast is working to fix this.

In Houston Tx, only 6 channels I’ll never watch. Samsung smart TV. Really Is frustrating. Let’s keep each other updated on this fun stuff …

I am having the same problem with my Roku Xfinity Streaming app.  At first this morning was just TNT channel, and now nothing.  Getting a message telling me that “It looks like your plan doesn’t include any channels. Luckily, there’s an easy fix. Xfinity Stream delivers hundreds of channels that you can watch just about anywhere. Learn more at the Xfinity website.”(Error: TVAPP-00500)

I pay for 125 channels with internet service. Is Xfinity trying to tell me that I now need to pay for live channels on the streaming app? If so, that’s ridiculous and I may have to get my service elsewhere and deal with it. Not acceptable at all!

Going on day 2 and we are having the same issue.   Had family over for Thanksgiving and we couldn’t watch any of the games.

There is nothing resolved with this issue.  Since yesterday 2 tvs have some channels and 2 tvs have none.  This is with streaming. The TV with the box works fine. I will drop xfinty before I pay again for 4 more boxes.

Xfinity is still having problems this morning 11/25/22.  Xfinity using Roku not showing live channels except for the weather channel.  Live channels seem to be working on  android phone.

I’ve had this issue for almost a week. It works on my phones. Not on Roku. I have the ultimate tv pack and can’t even have my kiddo watch cartoons in the morning cuz Xfinity isn’t working. I contacted last night and the guy said it should be resolved within 4 hours that it was a known issue that everyone is experiencing and being worked on. Well. It’s still not resolved.

Same thing is going on for us since yesterday.  3 Roku TVs - all only showing 3 weather channels on Live TV.  Everything has been restarted or rebooted.

I personally activated YouTube tv yesterday to watch games. Very easy. If this continues, I will cancel my xfinity cable subscription.

We only have the Weather channels available to us.  3 Rokus, the iOS app and our flex box show the same thing.  Cut out after the Lions game last night, around 4pm.  We deleted and reinstalled the Stream App on all three Rokus and iPhone.  Restarted Flex box (which also uses the app, so it’s really just their version of a Roku!) Still nothing.  Frustrating for sure!

Not resolved.   Having this issue currently - updated the app, rebooted the TV, logged out and back into the app -- still only get 8 channels on the "Live TV/All Channels" guide...

We are experiencing the same issue. Came home the evening of Thanksgiving and found that we have limited channels on our Roku devices

How do you get this resolved?? I do not see any place to sign in and send a direct message to Xfinity within this forum, as previous comments from alleged Xfinity employees state.

@user_1ce36a to DM them you have to hit the message icon that is next to your username name icon in the right hand corner, type in Xfinity Support, it will give you the option to DM them. Hope this helps.
