Xfinity stream in Roku not showing all live channels

The Xfinity stream app is not showing all channels. It’s only showing a couple of dozen channels. This is on three different Rokus in my house. Have tried restarting the devices and the app and it has not changed. All channels show on the Xfinity box. Hopefully comcast is working to fix this.

I am in Florida and as of 10:30PM the app is not working correctly for me.  It is only showing 2 live channels a community access channel and it’s HD counterpart.

Hello @user_00fc8f we would love to help with the issues you have been experiencing. It is a known issue and our our engineers are working hard to get it corrected. it is fixed for some but not for everyone. We have been having success as a temporary fix by sending over an entitlement signal. If you or others in the thread continue to have this issue please send us a DM. 

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send it

Still no channels on ROKU stream... ridiculous to be out this long. Was happening a couple days ago too, resolved and been gone all day

Glad I paid for Peacock so I can watch the channel I pay for on Xfinity...remind me why I do that again?

I saw most of these posts are from a week or so ago, but I’m still having this issue. Anyone else still having the problem or has it been fixed for others? Xfinity please help with this.

Hello, @user_9e7342 and thread. This is a known issue that our Engineers continue to work on. It has been resolved for some. For others, we have been having success with a temporary solution by sending out an Entitlement signal. Is this issue still ongoing for you? If it is, we will get a signal sent over.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Still issue in Michigan both Roku and LG SMART TV...fine on Android but the channels I can't see on other setups are grey not black like the ones I can see

I’m in Houston, Texas.  Trying to get Xfinity Stream on a TCL smart TV.  I can only receive 6 channels.  This started about midday. So glad I found this forum at least now I know it’s not just us.  Has anyone had a resolution to this issue?

I’m in Houston and started having this issue around 1pm. 2 different TVs, 2 different Roku sticks. It’s still not resolved.
