Xfinity stream in Roku not showing all live channels
The Xfinity stream app is not showing all channels. It’s only showing a couple of dozen channels. This is on three different Rokus in my house. Have tried restarting the devices and the app and it has not changed. All channels show on the Xfinity box. Hopefully comcast is working to fix this.

Xfinity/Comcast costs way to much to have to deal with these problems. Thanksgiving and can only get a few channels. Ridculous.

I use Amazon FireTV Sticks with the Xfinity Stream App. Since some time last night I only have 2 live channels, NFL Network is one, all other channels show TV Go. So, no NFL during our family Thanksgiving! No one happy in this household. Just checked and still exactly the same.

I'm having same problem. No channels are showing on my Roku Xfinity stream app. I can see them from my browser on my phone but not my two Roku devices. I only see 4 community access channels. I was supposed to get a call back but it's been almost two hours now.

It's 6:23 CST on thanksgiving evening and thsi isssue still has not been resolved. We've got all our houseguests in the tiny room where the actual cablebox is so we can watch the cowboy game.

Mine started early this morning. 2 tvs with no channels and 2 tv with some channels. What a day to have this problem with so many guest not watching any games

I called XFinity this morning at 8am. The girl I spoke with sent a signal to refresh my modem and refresh the app. All my channels returned until……noon. All of the sudden they were gone again. I called back and the next girl I spoke with did the same procedure that worked for me in the morning…except this time it didn’t work. She said she was going to escalate the issue and call me back in an hour. I still haven’t received a call back.

as of about 3 hours ago, my Roku xfinity stream worked fine, then about 6:30 pm only one channel found on all 3 devices. Phone is fine.

We are having the same issue. I am on the Xfinity Stream App at home and it only shows 4 channels. This is the second time this happens within the last week.

What is disappointing is that I’ve seen several posts from Xfinity in this thread saying “the issue has been resolved”. It has not been resolved. Tell us when it will be resolved.

I’ve been having the same issue today on my iPhone Xfinity Stream app. It is only showing a dozen channels (none of which I’d like to watch, no offense weather channel). I have tried all the troubleshooting they recommend to no avail.

Mine is now saying I don't have an active subscription on my Roku, my phone is still only showing tv go channels on home network. Doubtful any credits are given for this debacle for the second time in as many weeks

Having the same issue on Roku, today Nov 24, 2022. Started on 11/23...only showing a handful of stations available in xFinity Stream and NO Favorites. There are no issues with my Xfinity DVR or secondary box.
