Xfinity stream frozen

I click on my Xfinity stream to watch tv but all that shows up is a big blue screen that says “Xfinity stream” and won’t change from that. I checked the connection through the app and it says everything is good. Anyone else have this issue?

I am sorry to hear you are getting a blue screen when trying to watch your Xfinity Stream. Is this on a Roku?

Nope I get that from just clicking on the Xfinity stream option from my tv Home Screen. Has nothing to do with ROKU although I do have that app on my tv

May I ask which Xfinity TV Partner Devices (Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV devices, LG, Roku, Samsung, LG, etc.) that you are using? I also want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

It’s a Samsung tv. Brand new, just bought it a couple weeks ago, Xfinity was working fine until a few days ago. I have unplugged the cable cord and plugged it back in. Shut the tv off and on, had the connection strength tested through the Xfinity app, everything tests working good.

Have you tired to remove and then reinstall the Xfinity Stream app on your Samsung TV?
