Xfinity Stream for FireTV not streaming

I'm trying to watch live streams using the Xfinity Stream app on a FireTV 4-series. The programming guide will launch, but streams won't start after showing the network logo and the. I've rebooted and uninstalled/reinstalled, but neither changes the behavior.

Same here. Very frustrating! I've rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing works.

user_tzc7r5 You use of the Xfinity Community Forum is appreciated. I know how important working service is and the Xfinity Stream app is one of the best products we have to offer. I would be happy to get your stream app working once more. The original poster indicated the issue being tied to DVR recordings specifically. Is that the same issue you have?

It's not tied to DVR specifically - I'm trying to stream live sports.

user_tzc7r5 thank you for clarifying the concern you have come across with the Xfinity Stream app. Let's see what we can do to address this together. Firstly, do you have the Stream app on any other device than the TV? If so, can you confirm for me if the same issue occurs on those other devices? This will help us gain a better understanding of whether the issue is isolated to the TV specifically.
