Xfinity Stream Fire TV app will stop playing
When I’m watching live TV on the xfinity stream app on my fire tv cube 2nd generation, it will stop playing and have the three animated dots. It will not resume. I will have to go back and to a different channel to get it playing again. There is no sound either when this happens. There is no certain amount of time or any pattern I can detect. It could happen after two minutes on a channel or three hours. But it will eventually happen. I’ve tried rebooting fire cube, force closing stream app, clear cache and data. Nothing fixes it. Internet is 300mb and steady. No other streaming apps have any issues. Just this app. I have a roku on another tv and the xfinity stream app doesn’t have the problem on that device. It appears to be isolated to the xfinity stream fire tv app. See picture

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To" line
