Xfinity Stream / DVR unavailable

Received an email this week about our plan updated and Platinum status.  Since then our Xfinity Stream does not have DVR (Recordings) available.

Can someone help?

@user_6c0257 Thanks for reaching out in reference to your DVR service not working. I do apologize for the inconvenience, and I would be more than happy to assist you in restoring your service.  Please follow the instructions below to connect directly: 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: Go to xfinityforums.com
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
