Good luck with that. I have the same issue. Samsung TV. Spoke to agents on the phone 4 times in 4 days. Then they sent a tech to my house. Still no resolution.
Exactly the same issue here. Assuming something is up on Comcasts end but we have been without tv for about 3 days now. Done all the basic reinstall app, power cycle tv etc.
