Xfinity Stream Beta app seems broken again. Authentication or login issues

I'm hoping to bring light to this issue. Last time this happened in Sept-Oct 2021 it had worked perfectly for almost 2 years, no issues. Then it broke and it seemed to take almost a month to get a fix. It's broken again and I hope we can get the ball rolling so it doesn't take a month this time. Thanks.

I understand you've been experiencing trouble with our stream app, and I can most definitely imagine the inconvenience behind this, especially since my family uses that feature all the time! Rest assured; you're with the pros, and our Digital Care Team is here to help, every step of the way!
